ILAGAN CITY, Isabela, May 16 (PIA) — Reelected Governor Faustino G. Dy III vowed to continue and strengthen the programs and services he has delivered to Isabelinos.

Dy was proclaimed at the Capitol Session Hall yesterday after garnering 358,998 votes. Other gubernatorial candidates Mario Angelo Padaca got 42,354 votes while Glorieta Almazan got 8,986 votes.

Dy said that he will strengthen the programs and services implemented in the province under his leadership particularly on health, education, agriculture, and interest-free livelihood loan assistance.

He said that he plans to increase financial aid to all barangays of Isabela, to expand the provincial health card program of his administration, to improve the health facilities in Isabela, to expand the scholarship program of the provincial government to cater to all enrolled students at the Isabela State University campuses, and to provide subsidies to Isabela farmers to increase their yield.
