The 2019 Dubai International Award for Sustainable Development is open to national and regional governments, local authorities and their associations, non-governmental organizations, multilateral agencies, community-based organizations, research and academic institutions, public and private foundations, media entities and foundations.

The Dubai International Award aims to recognize the world’s best practices that demonstrate valuable contributions to sustainable urban development, as a result of effective partnerships between public, private, and civic sectors in these areas:

a. Urban Regeneration and Public Spaces
b. Construction of Sustainable, Innovative and Smart Buildings
c. Sustaining Urban Food Systems
d. Addressing Climate Change and Reducing Pollution
e. Urban Infrastructure Planning and Management

The deadline for submission of entries is on April 30, 2020.
