SANTIAGO CITY, Isabela, April 18 (PIA) — There are at least 1,200 job vacancies awaiting job seekers who want to be employed locally and internationally, the public employment service office (PESO) here announced.

Antonio Carreon, city human resource management officer and designated PESO manager, said the city government will host a Jobs fair to be conducted on May 1, or Labor Day at the city hall grounds aimed at helping job seekers in the city and from nearby provinces in the region to find employment.

Carreon advised applicants to submit their resume’ before the conduct of the jobs fair as the PESO will assess and meet the applicants before they will face the employers who will be conducting interviews.

In Santiago City, there are companies that need business related graduates while there are also agencies who are needing applicants for overseas employment.

During the jobs fair, PESO advised applicants to bring with them their resume’ and transcript of records and wear formal attire.
