CES CIRCLE underscores women’s role in climate change

The Career Executive Service Board (CESB) conducted the CES CIRCLE Forum with the theme, “Women Weathering Climate Change: Governance and Accountability, Everyone’s Responsibility” on March 29, 2012 at the Hotel Roma, Tuguegarao City. 

The CIRCLE Forum refers to Creative Innovations and Reforms for Committed Leadership and Effectiveness which aims to improve the leadership and governance among the executives highlighting emerging issues in the global economy.
