In formulating the Cagayan Valley Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2023-2028 and its accompanying document, the Cagayan Valley Regional Development Investment Program (RDIP), the NEDA2 held a Regional Consultation-Workshop on November 22 at the Villa Blanca Hotel, Tuguegarao City. The activity aimed to assess the implementation of the previous RDP (2017-2022), and identify performance indicators, and generate proposed interventions for the successor RDP.

NEDA2 Division Chief (DC) Ms. Gina V. Dayag of the Policy Formulation and Planning Division (PFPD) presented the RDP’s overall strategy framework. An orientation on the priority programs, activities, and projects for inclusion in the RDIP was provided by NEDA2 Project Development, Investment Programming and Budgeting Division (PDIPBD) Chief Leomar C. Israel.

A total of 100 representatives from regional line agencies, local government units, state universities and colleges, and civil society organizations attended the workshop.#
